All members have to be fully insured to cover you and your vehicle, demonstrate that their car parks are safe and secure, and carry the Park Mark: Safer Parking Award. It also demands that each car park is authorised and insured for airport car parking and fit for purpose.
The criteria is strict to become a member and this is to ensure that you get high standards of service, parking facilities, accurate information and a clear complaint handling service if something goes wrong.
