Business Travellers / Business services at Gatwick parking

Here at Ace Parking, we serve 100’s of travellers flying through Gatwick, of all different kinds, every single day. From those that need specialist assistance with wheelchairs, who don’t want to tackle the airport transfers, to large families who don’t want to trudge heavy suitcase and small children everywhere. We also tend to many elderly people, who want to eliminate stress & go directly to the departures lounge, but one of the main types of travellers that we work with mostly is, the business traveller.

We understand that with business, time is of the essence, and that’s why so many use our meet & greet airport parking service when flying from Gatwick to their next meeting, post or back home after a long business trip in the UK.

We don’t think you should have to waste time by transferring yourself, and luggage, to an outside car park in the middle of the night, or stand in the cold in your expensive suit waiting for that airport transfer bus on site.

We believe that your priority is to get home after a long day / week, or get to your next meeting on time, and in an orderly fashion (not drenched with rain!). We want to take the stress out of your day by meeting you directly outside departures, so all you have to do is throw us your car keys and stroll to the departure lounges. Our professional fully insured staff will park your car for you, in our security enabled car park. Upon your arrival back to Gatwick, we will be there to greet you, with your pre warmed car ready for you to go.
Ace will take care of all your car parking needs at Gatwick outside, and once in the Terminal the incredible airport lounges offer many services for the business traveller too, making your passing through Gatwick stress free.

Airport Lounges

Available in the North & South Terminals, Gatwick have a number of lounges suitable for all travellers, as well as specific business lounges also.

Whether you want to watch TV, or play games, the staff will also be happy to provide you with complimentary newspapers & magazines; as well as printing faxing and scanning documents on request too.
Accompanied children are also welcome and there’s a family room to keep them entertained. Guests can enjoy the services of the No.1 lounges for up to 3 hours, but if your flight is delayed you are able to purchase extra time too.

Servisair Lounges

If you’re looking to impress, or simply want to start your journey in style, Gatwick has two Sevisair Lounges, the new Aspire Lounge in North Terminal or the Lingfield Lounge in South Terminal.
In both there is a large range of delicious, complementary hot foods, snacks, mouth-watering wines, cold beers, spirits, soft drinks and more.
Sit back, and prepare for your flight in these beautiful lounges complete with free WiFi and laptop / iPad charging stations, of course.

Other Airline lounges

If you are travelling with British Airways (international flights only) and Emirates, and are a premium passenger, both airlines have dedicated lounges for their valued customers. Be sure to contact them, or check your itinerary for details, locations and facilities.

Meeting rooms

Now you can book meeting rooms, in advance, at Gatwick airport too. Situated in the No. 1 lounge in the North Terminal, they provide internet access, free Wi-Fi, printing, scanning, faxing facilities and more.

Charging your phone

Our phones are used so frequently these days, they drain just as fast, especially in business. There are now ‘Chargeboxes’ in Gatwick Airport that will charge your battery for just £1.50 for 30 mins, so if you forget your charger, business doesn’t have to stop.
Many say that time is money, so save that time and the stress, so you can concentrate on what is important, your business trip. Fly from Gatwick Airport for your next corporate flight, and let Ace take care of you and your car outside, whilst you enjoy the top class business services inside.
