You may need to pay the ULEZ charge when driving through Heathrow – make sure you check before you travel. More Info

Is Your Vehicle ULEZ Compliant?

From 29th August 2023 London’s Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) will expand to include Heathrow Airport. You may need to pay ULEZ charges for your vehicle if it is not compliant. Click here to check whether your vehicle is liable or exempt from these charges on the TFL website.

Ace Airport Parking do not collect payments for ULEZ charges. To pay ULEZ charges you must pay on the TFL website or via the TFL app. Here is a link to the TFL website payment page; click here.

If your vehicle is liable for ULEZ charges and you book our Meet and Greet services at Heathrow Airport, you will be responsible for paying ULEZ charges to TFL on the following days;

  • The day on which you drop off your vehicle
  • The day you are due to collect your vehicle (we will move your vehicle on this day in readiness for your return)
  • If you are delayed, then your actual return day will also need to be paid for
    You do not need to pay TFL for days in between the drop off and collection – unless of course you return on a different day to your booked date (either earlier or later) requiring us to drive your vehicle on additional day(s).
