Special Assistance

London Gatwick endeavours to provide for all those travellers who are in need of a little extra help. Whether it’s getting around the terminals, disabled toilet facilities or specially designed, reserved seating available in check-in-areas, the airport has it all on offer.
There are also help points set up in both the North and South Terminals, which provide free special assistance getting to and from the car parks, baggage reclaim halls and for routes to terminals requiring long walking periods.

This service is available from The Avenue in the North Terminal and Arrivals area in the South Terminal.
