Introducing our new flexible booking policy aimed at giving you ultimate flexibility whilst making travel plans, due to the evolving COVID-19 situation.
From Monday 1st June 2020, all customers will be able to book airport parking across our network of airports, with the peace of mind that should your travel dates change; there will be no change or reissuance fees.
That means you can change, edit and reissue your booking with no penalties/charges. Difference in fare, if applicable applies.
This booking policy covers all airports where Ace Airport Parking operate their own service from.
If you are not able to reissue your travel dates, we will happily give you a credit note for the same amount, to ensure you are able to book as and when your dates come through. This is completely free of charge.
If you must cancel, simply give us 24 hours’ notice and we will release your dates and offer you a full refund. This is our promise to you.
Our booking team are on hand to help you should you book and find out your travel plans have changed. Simply email them to make any changes to your booking dates/times at no cost to you.
